Hello, I have listed 4 x the same item in one offer. I haven't set a minimum bid. Today someone suggested a price that was unacceptable to me, and after 10 minutes it was supposedly accepted by me. I wasn't even online at the time!I had customer service call me, and they explained that it was a system error and that it wouldn't happen again. I was supposed to cancel the purchase, which I did. Reason: lost, because the options no longer allow it. The buyer hasn't complained so far. Has this happened to anyone before, or does anyone have an explanation for it? I find it a bit strange. Blaming everything on the system seems too simplistic to me.
