Problem with buyer

Hello. I want to communicate with a buyer, but he isn’t responding. Should I cancel the sale then???

for most people, a payment period of 4 days is saved, then the purchase - if it still hasn’t been paid - would probably already have been canceled by eBay and the buyer would have received a non-paying bidder entry

if you have saved a longer period or disabled the whole thing, you should set the buyer a clearly dated payment deadline and tell them that after the deadline expires without payment, the purchase will be canceled and they will then no longer have any claim to the item

if the buyer has already paid, you would have had to ship within 2 business days after payment confirmation - if that doesn’t happen, you, in turn, will, to my knowledge, receive a defect entry from eBay for shipping not on time

I wouldn’t know what there is to communicate if it’s not a pickup and the item has already been paid for.

And if it’s not a pickup, then the buyer pays and you ship the item within your stated processing time. Many buyers don’t really want to go back and forth writing messages, they just want to get the item as soon as possible.
