Problem with the seller after a completed return request.

Hello, maybe someone here can help me. I received a damaged item from the seller and, after review by Ebay, got a refund of the purchase price. Now the seller wants his item back, but he doesn’t send me any shipping costs or provide me with a return label to review. How should I proceed now?
