Problem with sales
I have a question…
what can I do: the item was sold and sent on time. The item was obviously received by the buyer and even rated. In my account, the status has shown for 12 days now: not yet delivered and the amount has been withheld. AI isn’t helping either!
If I cancel, will the purchase price that I never received probably be debited from my account again, or am I seeing that wrong?

why do you want to cancel then?
The amount is already in your Ebay account on Ebay, but not yet available.
How did you send it, with or without proof of delivery? Ratings or messages from the buyer aren’t enough here.

The amount isn't being shown to me and there's no tracking!
Obviously, the sales process is stuck.

Mentor2 weeks agoWell, if there can be no shipment tracking and thus no proof of delivery, it will probably be held for up to 30 days.
What could be stuck there? Nothing can move forward without shipment tracking.

Mentor2 weeks agoThere is no function on eBay where it could be marked as delivered, except if it was sent with a tracking number and the delivery has been proven.

Hi Hendrik,
I don’t think it’s marked as delivered for the buyer if it isn’t visible for you either.
I think you’re probably right to assume from his feedback that he received the item.
However, on Ebay that isn’t enough in many cases to release the funds earlier.
