Problem with tracking and marking the orders as completed
I have confirmation from the buyers that hey have recived the items but the oficial ebay tracking is still sayint sent and is still marking them as not complited. Is there any way that i can close theese orders nad complete them .

The restriction can only be lifted when all requirements have been met.
Please contact the shipping provider so that the delivery can be reflected in the tracking.
Alternatively, you would have to find another shipping provider that meets our requirements accordingly.
Unfortunately, you cannot file an objection to the restriction, as we cannot check the shipment histories as needed.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I was happy to check the orders for you. The amounts will be withheld for the time being for 30 days, due to the 30-day buyer protection.
Your tracking numbers are not tracked automatically, as this appears to be a Macedonian shipping provider that cannot be tracked automatically by eBay. de. However, this does not change the fact that the amounts will be paid out after 30 days. Once you have built up a positive sales history, the payout process will speed up .🙂 You can find more information on this topic here.

Thanks for your answer and your time . My account was fine and i was getting funds released ufter 24 hours,but out of nowere a random restriction and suspension on my account was placed and ebay wont restore my account back to normal until all my shipment have arived and are complited (wich most are) .So now im stuck with orders delivered but unable to mark them as complited. Please help

In my opinion, though, she has already written everything from eBay's perspective.

do you have proof of shipment and delivery from your shipping provider?
A confirmation from the customer is not enough on eBay.
And you can’t close the orders yourself either. That only works systemically.

OP2 weeks agoI have confirmation from deuche post that the buyer have sighned and received it and message from the buyer tjat they have received it . I dont know why deuche post is not updating the shiping number

if you have confirmation from Deutsche Post, then that must also be updated in their system. If not, you’d have to clarify that with them.

OP2 weeks agoThere are confirmed deliveries from the deuche post (why they dont update them in the sistem i dont know)
UA100492268MK, dated 08.07.2026, shipment with customs duties, the recipient refused to accept the shipment.
UA100492299MK, dated July 20, 2026. The shipment has been delivered. The delivery person signed for it.
