Problems with transferring the balance

Hello, I'd like to have my balance transferred to me, but every time I try I get the message " There is a problem, please try again later ".

It's been like this for weeks now without telling me what kind of problem it is.

What can I do?

If you're using the eBay app, we'd recommend reinstalling the app once and trying again. First: your bank account is verified? The bank account is in the same name as the eBay account? Your money isn’t being held for now?
