Hello community, I have a problem with four hidden listings that I can’t delete because my appeals were never fully processed. These are the following items: 2-1006106566012-1004127357702-1002550684772-199996895537 Background on Bushido Blade:Since the game has been indexed since 2003, I was surprised that there are even listings for it on the platform. My own attempt to list it was deleted (as expected). I then reported other active listings with a note about the indexing, but that was ignored. To clarify the situation, I put my own listing into the “clarification” status. However, since no decision was ever made here, the listing can no longer be deleted. Support only replied to me by email: “So you cannot delete the items that have already been removed from your account. They will be deleted automatically after some time.” That can’t be right, in my opinion. In the past I was able to remove incorrect listings myself without any problems; moreover, the info text and the “End offer” button are there too (see attachment). Support no longer responds to this note at all. Background on Silent Hill Downpour:Here I received the following justification from support for the deletion:“We removed your offers because the versions offered are not the German versions, but the American versions. If the German version were rated 16 and up, then the foreign version would be allowed.” As far as I know, that is not entirely correct legally: every foreign version without a USK rating has to be treated like an 18+ item - whether it’s Silent Hill or the “Heidi cartoon collection” from the US. Both would have to be listed as an ad with DHL age verification. Please correct me if I’m wrong here. In this case as well, I have not received any reply to my last response, which is why the listings are still blocked in my account. At this point, all I really care about is that these listings are finally deleted from my list. Thank you very much for your help and best regards!
