Customer data issues are only being synchronized with Shopify partially.
For a few weeks now, I’ve had the problem that orders older than six weeks are only shown anonymously on the order page in Shopify, without the customer’s name. According to Shopify, it’s due to eBay, which apparently deletes the data then?
Are you aware of any such case?

The problem lies somewhere in the transfer between the eBay site and Shopyfy, so the API. This is handled by the eBay developers and they have their own service. Every tool provider has to register their tool there. (https://developer.ebay.com/)
You are not the developers' customer. So you would have to contact Shopify, and if they can't find the solution themselves, they contact the developers.
