unfortunately, I’m currently having significant problems shipping with large letters and wanted to ask whether others are experiencing something similar.

With my shipments, two main problems occur:

Approx. 20%: The shipment doesn’t get any initial scan at all when it’s handed in or at the first sorting center.
Approx. 50%: The shipment does get an initial scan, but then no “Delivered” status appears, even though the shipment may have arrived with the buyer.

Of course, this causes problems as soon as a buyer reports an item as “not received.” In many cases, I can’t clearly prove from the tracking that the shipment was actually delivered.

So my question to you: What has your experience been with large letters? Do you also often have missing scans or no delivery scan?

In addition, I have another question about payouts or withheld amounts:

If a buyer does not report within the relevant 30-day period that they supposedly didn’t receive an item, is the withheld amount then automatically released to me? Or are there additional requirements or deadlines I need to be aware of?

At the moment I have a relatively large amount being withheld and would like to understand when and under what conditions it is actually paid out.
