Hello community,
I'm facing a problem with the shipping status of my eBay shipment. After I sent a package to another EU country with DHL, eBay still shows that the package was "not delivered," even though it has already arrived. Because of this error, I can't receive the money.
Has something similar ever happened to any of you? Should I contact eBay or DHL directly, or do you have any tips on how to resolve cases like this effectively?

For both DHL tracking numbers, it is not recorded that the item was delivered. One says that you handed the shipment in at the branch, and the other that it arrived in the destination country.
I recommend that you check with DHL so that the shipment status there is updated. Then we can update it on our side as well.

Please give the item number and an eBay employee can take a look at it.
But even if it is shown as delivered or then is marked as delivered, it could well be that you still have to wait for your money! You have no seller rating at all and have sold expensive items. eBay is quite happy to hold onto it at first.

@meinehexe11 However, this is because DHL does not show that it has been delivered.
That is why it is important that @mathitech-8553 contacts DHL and has them update the status so that we can do the same.
