Products are being blocked even though the products are NOT violating anything
Hello
we have been selling on eBay for many years now. Lately we often receive an email from eBay saying that the product being complained about does not comply with the guidelines and is therefore blocked. The products are sold IN STORE and/or online WITHOUT restrictions. How can that be???? Also, when you file an appeal, they reply and it gives the impression that this is not done with normal human understanding either, but only AI. A small example: sea salt for a saltwater aquarium -> pesticide or aquarium plant fertilizer -> pesticide, etc. just completely absurd objections ... in the meantime 64 products!!!!!!
So now to my question: has anyone ever taken part in a dispute resolution? Any experiences?
