Hello,
I bought and received FFP2 masks on eBay.
In the meantime, there has been an official product recall for the masks. The masks only have a protective effect of 42 percent and therefore only provide inadequate protection. I have a family member who has a serious illness and needs to be protected.
The problem is that I have already taken 8 of the 50 masks, which were packed in 2 boxes.
The seller wants the full item returned in its original packaging. I called customer service, but they were not very helpful. Can anyone help?

When did you buy it and from which seller?
Maybe you bought it with a different account than this one, or while not logged in as a guest?
