Purchase notices missing from 2023
Hi, I can't find the purchase notifications from 2023. The 2024 and 2025 are available. Any help appreciated.

Mentor1 week agoHmm... you've only received 2 ratings with this account too, you've been registered in Ireland since 2022, maybe you bought as a guest or have another account @geaken-83 ?

Mentor1 week agoHey @geaken-83 you don't mean purchase hints, but your complete purchases from the years 2017 to 2026?
I can see all of them, including the ones from 2017 in rough detail.
Are you on the app or the browser?
Can you see the years 2022 and below or not?
You may need to, when you click on 2023, also click on "Show hidden items" at the top right; sometimes you forget that you had hidden something.

OP1 week agoThanks for the information, I ahve a screenshot that shows hidden items also. I have bought lots through ebay for a specific car since 2022 which is in the 'My Garage' Any help would be appreciated. Best wishes

Mentor1 week ago@geaken-83 I’m guessing it’s actually “hidden purchases” like I already wrote to you, the screen is unfortunately so small, I can hardly read it
Just try what I already wrote to you.
How to Hide a Purchase
Go to My eBay and open your Purchase History.
Find the item you want to remove from your main view.
Click the More actions dropdown menu next to the item.
Select Hide order. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Mentor1 week agoAt some point, going back has to stop; eBay isn’t a storage location after all. If you want to look at something like that years later, you have to save it yourself.

OP1 week agoThanks perfect-sally, I agree, however why have the option of going back to 2017 in the pull down menu for past purchases?

Mentor1 week agoSince I’m a business seller, I have to document and save my sales anyway, so I’m not reliant on this feature. Never really used or needed it.
I’m tagging an eBay employee, she’ll chime in here. She can probably say a lot more about it.
