QR code for the return label does not work
I want to return two items. The seller pays for the return shipping. I received two qR codes and at the DHL parcel shop I was told that the QR codes are invalid. The guy at the shop also said that it happens more often that only the code in the app or in the email works. For me, neither does.
I’ve now written to my seller, but I also wouldn’t know what they can do.
Can anyone here help me?

Mentor2 months agoThe seller could, for example, provide you with plain labels that are meant for printing.
