Refund
The buyer has already been refunded €175 and €6.18. Nevertheless, the shipping costs were deducted from me twice in total. I ask that you review the transactions and refund the shipping costs that were charged too much.

take a look under Payments - All transactions. There all deductions are listed individually. It may be another shipping label for a different transaction.
