Hello, I have a problem: the buyer said that the items do not work, and are partly broken. He sent them back, ( Panasonic phone ), the ones that work, but one handset has display damage, - mine didn't have any, I still have the photos - and the buyer forgot to delete their phone number and settings!!! In my opinion, he had a similar handset, bought a nice one, sent back their broken handset, received the money and now I'm the bad guy here. What can I do???

·1 month ago@andimoni3 Hey. 🙂 Both returns were neutrally closed here by my colleagues. This means withheld amounts will be released to you again and your buyer has received the refund directly from us.
Both returns have thus been conclusively resolved.

OP1 month agoHello, yes, I uploaded photos but eBay closed the case. But I’m trying to call eBay but as I read it doesn’t work anymore. I can only report the buyer. I feel screwed over. The buyer has a working handset, I have the broken one and I also have to send back the money and on top of that I had to pay shipping costs. : - ((((((
