I sold a valuable leather briefcase. The buyer says the lock is difficult to operate. I’m refunding the purchase price incl. shipping and waiting for the return. For 3 weeks!!!! I reported the buyer to ebay, but there’s no response, except that the case was closed. How do I get my money back now? After all, it’s €40.00 (excluding shipping). Ebay refers me to the assistant, but it just keeps repeating itself and doesn’t address the problem. If the buyer doesn’t send the item back, I naturally don’t want him to pay for it. What do I do now?
