Refund postage cancellation?
In September 2025, I accidentally bought DHL postage on eBay and canceled it right away. Then eBay said that after some time the postage would be refunded.
So far - July 2026 - nothing has come through! Who is responsible, eBay or DHL? Where would I find the postage if it had actually been refunded?

Print or cancel shipping labels | eBay
How to cancel a shipping label
You can cancel your shipping label again within 14 days of purchase:
Go to My eBay to Selling or in Seller Hub Pro to Orders and then to the Shipping labels option.
Select Cancel label next to the label in the More actions section.
Select a reason and choose Send request.
You will see a confirmation that the request has been sent to the shipping service.
You will get the money back via the same payment option you used to pay for the shipping label.
Take another close look, maybe you just didn't notice that it was refunded?

Of course, there with which it was also paid.
It occurs to you awfully late that there’s still supposed to be something outstanding. I think by now all deadlines have passed.

OP1 month agoThanks for the heads-up. With eBay, some things take a bit longer internally, so I waited patiently - you don’t want to be pushy when eBay employees are always so busy.

I don't think anything's going to happen there anymore.
