Refund already received - item has now arrived late after all
Summary: kajohansson shared that they received a refund through eBay's Buyer Protection as their purchase wasn't delivered on time, and the seller's account was subsequently suspended. However, the item has now arrived. perfect-sally asked for the order number to seek further assistance from eBay staff. samantha@ebay, claiming to be from eBay, explained that since the seller's account is closed, the system won't allow further action. They suggested kajohansson could keep the item without more obligations, though contacting the seller directly was an option if they wished to pay.
The purchase price has already been refunded to me via eBay Buyer Protection because the item was not delivered on time. The corresponding case has already been closed. In addition, the seller's member account was suspended by eBay.
Today, however, the goods have now still arrived at my place. Since the seller was permanently removed by you, I can no longer contact them to arrange a return or the release of a return label.
What should be done? This is about a few low-priced items worth 25 euros.

Since the seller has been removed, you can’t do anything else through the system.
You can try contacting the seller directly using a possible name and address if your wish is to pay for the item.
From our side, everything is closed and you can keep the item without having to take any further action.
