Refund function has not been working for a few days now

for a few days now, the refund function on eBay has no longer been working for me.

Do you perhaps have any information on whether this problem is already being addressed?

Hello, from my point of view the problem has been resolved for now. The phenomenon is related to the browser being used. The refund function did not work with Firefox. Different with Edge, it works perfectly with that.

Thanks for your post. We need a bit more information. Is the refund about a specific item, or are you having this issue in general? If your request refers to a specific order, we need the order number once.
