Refund problems

Question

I canceled a contract and refused the acceptance according to the seller. As discussed. I was supposed to submit a refund via eBay now, but somehow that didn’t work. I canceled it to start over, and now I can no longer request a refund. Has anyone else had this problem???

Hello @jumangi64 here you have closed your return yourself. And thus buyer protection has expired. You can send the seller your bank details by message and ask them to give you a manual refund.

Well, you handled that completely wrong! By refusing to accept the package, you lose your buyer protection, and if a return is canceled, it can’t be reopened!

Please name the item number and an eBay employee will take a look at it.
