Hello everyone,
where exactly do I enter the return tracking number for the return to the seller? I didn't use an eBay label.

Mentor5 days agoFirst of all: why would you get a label from eBay? Do you have eBay Plus?
What’s the reason for the return? A standard withdrawal/cancellation or a complaint?
In the case of a withdrawal/cancellation, the buyer pays for the return shipping; in the case of a complaint, the seller does.
Have you opened a return in accordance with eBay rules? There should be a place to enter a tracking number there. If not, please send the tracking number and the shipping carrier to the seller via eBay message.

Unfortunately, you can't enter the tracking number. Send the seller a message and let them know the tracking number.
If there are then any problems with the return, eBay can trace the communication.
