Hello,For some time now, it has no longer been possible to open a return and then enter your own return number. I can only initiate returns through the overpriced return labels offered by Ebay. Or I have to go to a lot of trouble to get the seller to “cancel the purchase at the customer’s request.” Using the help section just wastes unnecessary time. Phone calls for a return are not a solution either: too time-consuming. Is this the new Ebay trend? If so, I’ll look for another portal. - Unless there’s an input field that’s hidden.
