Return: item sent back to the seller on time, return closed, no refund | Members help members

Good morning, I received the wrong item from the seller and returned the item within the return period (until 02.12.2025). However, I have not yet received a refund. Today I received a message from eBay saying that the return was closed, "because there was no indication that the item had been sent back to the seller"But that is not true, the item was returned. Through the assistant on eBay I have no way to handle the case; it always says "case closed".What options do I still have now?Thanks and regards MR
