Return with Hermes
I initiated a return through the return function and printed out the QR code. Hermes won’t accept my return because the package is too large, what now?

Mentor1 month agoFrom a certain size onward, packages just aren’t accepted and have to be picked up instead, which you have to book as an extra.
As far as I know, the maximum package dimensions and the maximum weight are shown when you create the labels.
In that case, you just have to create a label directly with the parcel service and tell the seller the tracking number, and if possible enter it within the return.
