Returning an item to England in the auction, location was Wetzlar, Germany
Summary: buecherwurrrm is facing issues with returning a mini fan bought on July 16, which was sold as located in Wetzlar, Germany, but needs to be returned to an address in England. I bought a mini fan on July 16th. I’d like to return it - but there’s a problem here.
In the auction, Wetzlar is listed as the location, but the return is supposed to go to
"CHOUDHARY'S VISION LTD, Leicester".
I’m guessing that’s in England.
I’d like to know:
Is it correct to sell things this way?
How should I proceed now`? eBay Plus doesn’t cover shipping costs abroad.
Return shipping will probably be significantly more expensive than the item’s value.

I’ve now taken the plastic bag out of the bin that the package was shipped in. The sender address listed is in Poland.
I’ll wait and see if the seller gets back to me.

Mentor3 days agoIf the seller wants the item back, as already said, they are responsible for the return shipping and the costs.
You may keep the item now, until 31.12.2029, in case it occurs to the seller during that time that they want the item back.

Please state the item number and an eBay employee will take a look at it.

The question for the article or order number is actually meant to make it easier for the staff to find the relevant article or process more easily.
