Hello, I have a problem with a return of a coffee machine. It was sent back 2x in the year and supposedly repaired.
Apparently not. Now, after just under 1 year, the descaling still doesn't work. The dealer wrote that I should add fresh water several times
then the machine would complete the process. It doesn't do that. After 2 hours I pulled the plug and interrupted the process. After restarting repeatedly it still shows descaling. Now after 11 months I want to return the device.
How do I do that? The AI says the item doesn't exist. I can't get a phone number.

Mentor5 days agoIf the purchase was so long ago, you're on your own! Ebay has been out of it for a long time and is not responsible for your consumer rights.

OP5 days agoBut I have a 1-year warranty by law and 1 year of statutory warranty, is that right?

Mentor5 days agoThe manufacturer provides the warranty, not the seller. But both are consumer rights and have to be enforced yourself.
