Return of a robotic lawnmower that technically does not keep its promise on the lawn | Members help members

Hello dear eBayers from the community, I am reaching out to you with the following case: in Nov. 2024 I bought a Worx robotic lawn mower, which was used from March for one mowing season. From late summer 2025, new problems started coming up every week; almost constantly it “drove” out of the area marked off with boundary wire, stopped and ended its mowing, and was no longer operational. Very often it dug itself in, so that more than 10 spots of the lawn had to be re-leveled and reseeded. Although it is assigned to a significantly larger lawn area, it could not mow all of the lawn areas. Remaining areas were left standing. Week by week its errors became more noticeable and the mowing result steadily more unsatisfactory. After the first mowing season and within the warranty period, I contacted the seller, but I could not get in touch with him. Weeks passed and I contacted EBAY customer service 4 times (16.10., 28.10.,10.11. and 24.11.). Even with the support of customer service, the seller did not contact me. Given my described dissatisfaction with the device, I would like to return it within the warranty period, as the robotic mower does not deliver what it promises. On the internet I saw a video in which the owner of the identical Worx robotic mower showed precisely the same errors that he experienced, just like I did. Therefore I am confirmed in the view that the device does not achieve the results shown in the description.I would like to return the device in exchange for reimbursement of a significant part of the purchase price of 625€, without shipping costs.Thank you very much for your support in advance.As a long-time eBayer, this is the first case in which I am almost despairing as a customer.Thanks!
