Hello everyone,I currently have a problem with a return or partial refund and just can’t get any further.I have started the return process several times, selected the reason item not as described and uploaded the required photos correctly. The photos are also shown as thumbnails, for example 2 of 10, without any error message.Nevertheless, the Continue button remains inactive and does not respond. I have tried several times, reloaded the page, re-uploaded the photos and also taken a screenshot. No success.Honestly, I don’t know what to do anymore and assume that this is a technical problem with eBay.The seller is cooperative and wants to offer me a partial refund, but can only do so in the next step. That is exactly where the process gets blocked.Has anyone ever had this problem or knows a solution?Thanks in advance for your help.
