Returning multiple items in one package
Hello,
The return form only allows returning one item (out of several identical ones).
I’m afraid that then only one shipping label will be created for one item and I’d effectively have to send 5 packages. Selecting multiple items isn’t possible. The seller first offered to create a label, but now says it’s a bay problem because the form doesn’t work and is referring me to support. The chatbot wasn’t helpful.
Can anyone tell me how I can return all the items together?
