Return with eBay Plus - refund by scan at the shipping provider

Hello everyone, I recently bought an item and initiated a return because not everything that should have been included in the purchase was delivered. To carry out the return shipment, I had the package scanned at a Hermes shop about 1.5 days ago and received a drop-off receipt, and the drop-off is also visible in the tracking. Nevertheless, eBay is still showing me that I should drop off the item at Hermes.Questions: 1. how long can it take until the drop-off has been correctly recorde...
