Return: Create shipping label afterwards?
I agreed to a return with a buyer, but no return shipping label was triggered. The buyer received the message "You will receive the shipping label shortly".
The refund of the payment has been completed 100%, but where is the return label for the buyer? Can I see whether one was sent? Can I possibly trigger one, or can eBay do that for me? The buyer has already checked the spam folder.
For any helpful advice, thanks in advance!

As I can see, you currently don't have an active, open return request in your eBay account; all three returns are already closed.
I'd be happy to look into this for you, please also send me the relevant eBay item number.

thanks a lot for taking care of this matter: It’s about these orders that I have fully refunded. Order numbers 09-14696-37856 and 08-14698-82845 three items in one package. Item numbers 117200215129 and 117200485860 and 117219465417
The goods were unusable for the buyer because I apparently gave the wrong measurements. I agreed to the refund immediately, now he’s supposed to send them back but apparently he was refunded but no return label was issued. What also surprises me is that the order says "partially refunded".Ebay has however fully refunded the buyer the purchase amount plus the shipping received and charged me.

Please provide the item no. and an eBay employee will take a look.
