Hello everyone,it’s a known problem that selecting multiple identical items from an order for a return simply doesn’t work.My problem: I opened the return for one of the items, sent back 2, but only received a refund for one. The seller confirmed receipt of 2 items and also sent a corrected invoice, but is now at a loss when it comes to refunding the second item.I have now been in contact with 6 (!) different people at eBay, have provided all proof that it was returned correctly, but nobody can manage to help me. The seller is still pretending to be dumb.How can that be, and what else can I do?Best regards
