here’s the problem =>
The seller accepts a full refund by message, but wants me to close the return request first.
But I can’t find a button for that.
Here is the (translated) original message:
Hello, dear customer. We are very sorry about this issue. This is our fault. There was a problem with this batch of goods. We are in contact with all buyers. Your refund has been approved. Please close the return request as soon as possible. After you have closed it, please write to me as soon as possible. I will send you a full refund. We are very sorry for the poor shopping experience you had. You may dispose of the items however you like. We look forward to your prompt reply.

Very important, please do not close the return, as @perfect-sally wrote.
I’m happy to message your seller here and ask them to process the refund. Otherwise, since your seller has written that you can dispose of the item, we can close the return in your favor so that you receive the refund.
