Hello everyone,after the sale I immediately shipped a new bag with tag; as a private seller with no option for returns. Without any prior notice of defects, I have now received an official return request with the reason that the wrong item was delivered.The buyer then received a friendly response from me asking them to please write specifically what they received instead and to include a photo.How do I get my money back from eBay after a false return request?And even more important: How can I defend myself against this false request?Thanks + best regards, RME.
