Hello there
now my problem, I bought a car radio, but it doesn't fit, return refunded, got link to the return label and now it starts: I click print and it shows a shipment tracking saying that I supposedly returned the radio already on 27.08.26, what can I do about that

In the tracking information, it says that the shipment was electronically announced on 27.08., not that it was sent back. The notification appears automatically with DHL as soon as a return label has been created for you. So you can use the return label for the return shipment.

I assume that the tracking status is generated when the label is created. At least that’s how it is when a shipping label is created on eBay.
What does the shipping provider’s tracking show?
