Return address
I would like to return an item that isn't working properly. I get an address from eBay.
I would like to know whether that is a real postal address.

Please don't share address details through the Community anymore, that's not allowed.
If an item isn't working properly, the seller is actually responsible for the return shipping. I'll take care of that accordingly and set the seller a deadline of 5 days.

OP2 weeks agoThanks for the question. It is a Wireless Magic Mouse for Apple MacBook Pro Air, Microsoft Laptop, Mac NEW.
Scrolling often stutters and the mouse pointer movement doesn’t work accurately. I work on an Apple MacBook.

the address comes from the seller and not directly from eBay. That definitely can’t be right.
This is a Chinese guy. Just asking in passing, was the item location Germany or did the goods come from China? Then you wouldn’t have to send it to China either, but should get an address in Germany.

From: DGF Undeliverable and below that an address in Germany.
But the Chinese address was in the eBay form.
