Return label cannot be printed
Hi everyone,
I've read this several times now, that if you accidentally ordered as a guest and have a return, that it doesn't work.
But unfortunately I haven't found a general solution.
Can someone from support help me? The chat bot didn't understand my issue :)

vielen Dank für Deinen Beitrag.
Die Rückgabe muss wieder über Dein Gastkonto erfolgen. Dann verläuft der Rückgabeprozess ganz normal, auch mit dem Versandlabel. Du kannst halt keinen Kauf vom Gastkonto als Rückgabe in Deinem normalen Konto öffnen, verwalten und abwickeln.
Schaue Dir bitte einmal Deine eMail mit der Kaufbestätigung an. Hier findest Du schon mal den Namen vom Gastkonto und dann kannst Du Dich sicher dort einloggen und die Rückgabe starten.
