Hello,Here’s the problem. Bought from a private seller and requested a return. This return was approved and the seller is covering the return shipping costs. Then after 3 days I received the notice from eBay: "Prepare the item for return." I had only read the message on my phone. I wanted to print the shipping label via eBay now, but that’s no longer possible because the notice "The item has been sent back and is on its way" now appears. Even though I didn’t print a shipping label. Somehow the sender must have mixed something up here.If I understand this correctly, the system now thinks the package is on its way even though I haven’t sent anything. I contacted the seller, but no response so far. How can I print the return label now to send the package back orwhat would the correct process be now?
