Return label is not displayed/not received
I requested a return for an item via Ebay, and that worked.
Now the seller has already approved the refund, which is why (?) the return label is not being shown to me. But I want to send the item back to the seller, which they are also asking for.
The AI isn’t helping me at all. Is there a way to speak with a staff member and get the return label that way?

Mentor2 months agoIf it has already been refunded, the label can no longer be accessed. An eBay employee is looking into it.
@nina@ebay your help is needed here too.
The question remains why the seller doesn’t just send the label again? 🤔
