Return shipping costs with eBay Plus
Hello, as an Ebay-plus member, do I have to cover the return shipping costs when sending back an item? As far as I remember, the freedom from costs for the seller was promised with Ebay-plus. But now I’ve been asked to pay the return shipping costs. The AI assistant doesn’t give a clear answer to the clear question.

have you possibly processed too many returns through eBay Plus lately? That can also be a reason, according to the terms, why no further free label is provided.

OP3 weeks agoNo, it was the 1st return. But it’s been sorted out, because the return label sent as a code turned out to be free of charge. Thanks!

And maybe it also depends on the reason for the return. In the case of complaints, the seller pays.
