My item was delivered with significant defects and now I’m supposed to cover the return shipping costs too, I don’t understand that. It’s not my fault that they delivered defective goods and now I have to bear the cost of returning them to Poland. I handed the case over to eBay (Case No.:5375123648) because the seller didn’t respond to the defects, and now a decision was made to my detriment. Why is that? How can I contact eBay?
