I bought a used camera and it’s broken. It’s unusable. The dealer is in Italy. On the eBay page I can’t find anything about sending the camera back. What can I do.

Open the item and select return this item. Give as the reason that the item is not as described. The seller has to pay for return shipping and refund after receiving it back.
If the part came from Italy, it could be that the seller can't send a return label; then they have to send you the return shipping costs in advance. However, this can't be done through eBay.
