Summary: bathg_de described a problem with a return via eBay. Hello everyone,

I’ve got a small problem, or rather a question.

I started a return through eBay and printed out the label right away and dropped off the package straight away too.

Then the seller contacted me and wanted me to keep the item and he’d refund me part of it. But I didn’t want to keep it.

Then he said the address was wrong because they’d moved. No longer Magdeburg, but Braunschweig.

Now the package is at a branch because it couldn’t be delivered and will then come back to me after seven days.

Do I have to pay for the return shipping again? It wasn’t my fault that they didn’t change their address.
