Return shipping subject to a fee, despite eBay Plus membership
Hello everyone,
I would like to return an item.
The return has been accepted by the seller and it says in the description that a return for eBay Plus is free of charge.
I showed the QR code at the Hermes shop, where I was told I have to pay for the return,

Can someone help. Why this could be?

Please provide the item no. and an eBay employee can take a look.

The item number is 127765122294
It’s a small USB-C built-in adapter.
The return will be sent in the same box as from the seller.
It could almost pass as a large letter.
