Hello everyone,I sent a VHS to Austria. Dimensions 24 × 16 × 4.5 cm, weight under 500 g.On eBay, under “Buy label,” I had the following options available, among others:DP Large Letter International up to 500 g (7 €, registered mail, supposedly with seller protection)Dimensions: L+W+H = max. 90 cmI booked that, printed the label, and dropped off the shipment.Now the whole thing has come back to me with the note that it will not be carried.Background: Since 2020, Deutsche Post has only allowed documents for Large/Maxi Letter International — no goods. So a VHS is ruled out.BUT: Why does eBay still show me these shipping methods and charge money for them?That’s extremely annoying — buyer is waiting, I have double the work and costs.In fact, eBay should completely remove these options from the seller area or at least clearly label them (“for documents only, not for goods”).My questions:Has anyone had the same problem?Which shipping method do you use for small, lightweight items to Austria?And what’s the best way to draw eBay’s attention to this error?Thanks in advance!
