Return was automatically marked as shipped.

Question

I would like to return an item, the seller provided me with a label for this (according to eBay). However, shortly afterwards the item was automatically marked as shipped.

I neither received nor printed the label. Unfortunately, there is also no way to view the label on the eBay page.

What can I do in this case?

Thanks for reaching out to us about the return. I was happy to look into the details for you. As soon as the shipping label is created, it is electronically recorded by DHL. That’s when the return process begins. The tracking is what matters here, so you don’t need to worry about the status.

To print the return label, please go to your email inbox and open the email with the subject "Send the item back now". From there, you can print the return label.
