Hello. I ordered and paid for the DVD article ,,Whenever He Took Pills'', but it didn’t go over well as a gift, so I requested a return. It was approved. However, I bought my own label for 5.19, which is cheaper than eBay’s, and yesterday the return arrived at the seller, but he isn’t responding. Because I get the full refund from eBay. What is the problem here? I sent the seller Fernsehjuwelen the postal receipt with the tracking number. Why isn’t the seller responding, he had approved the request after all.

This is how you receive your refund
When the item is delivered to the seller, your refund should be processed within 3 business days. Your refund will be sent to your original payment method and the money is normally available within 3-5 business days.

Mentor3 weeks agoBased on how you describe it, you sent it back as a parcel, and parcels don't have a trackable tracking number. On top of that, you bought the label outside of eBay, so nobody can verify that it was actually sent back and delivered. You need proof of shipment and proof of delivery.
How do you know it was delivered to the seller yesterday? Did you enter the number you think is the tracking number in the return?
