Discounts / vouchers and price suggestions?

I’m interested in a (used) item from a private seller, on whose page a 10% coupon / discount (?) was listed (which according to the fine print should have been valid until the end of the year, but now has disappeared?).
My actual question was: does the coupon/discount also apply if I make the seller a price offer?? it is IMPOSSIBLE to find anything about this on the help pages or to squeeze an answer out of the chatbot. Or to get the bot to connect me with a staff member.
(also I’m wondering now: where did the coupon suddenly go, if according to the fine print it can be used until the end of the year??)

Mentor2 weeks agoIn general, price suggestions and vouchers cannot be combined. Each voucher has its own conditions, which you can surely read somewhere.
