Hello, I hope someone can help me, I've already tried so much...By mistake I transferred an invoice directly to the seller in the Netherlands instead of to KLARNA:(Now I keep getting reminders from KLARNA. I have contacted the seller Monstergroup several times, he wants to report the invoice as paid to KLARNA - no response. On eBay I don't know where to report this, it's always just the AI working with standard replies. Please help me 😞Regards, Tina
